Melbourne’s ‘outdated and failing’ transport system

Conflict of Interest this week interviewed Daniel Bowen, the President of the Public Transport Users Association about Melbourne’s ‘outdated and failing’ transport infrastructure. Part 1 of the video is here, and here’s Part 2 where the interview kicks off.

We didn’t run this on Crikey because it’s a bit too Melbourne-centric, but if you’re interested in the pressures facing public transport infrastructure in our inner cities, it’s worth a look.

    Nice clip Sarah.
    Didn’t really solve the problem, but at least they had a rational discussion.
    What’s more…That’s the first time I’ve seen Faris talk sense in more than 20 years.
    Bloody amazing!
