A singing Christmas card for Qantas

Amid the Christmas cards, mostly e-cards these days, there is a stand out contribution I’d like to share, even though it is really from the Blakhatz to Qantas on behalf of its flight crew.

It’s  really cool. A top performance. In the spirit of fairness, the invitation is open to a return musical reply from Qantas, perhaps featuring the Australian Children’s Choir, in full patriotic song.

All well and good to solicit a Qantas response, but please ensure that the message conveyed by the Australian Children’s Choir is not company-spun and neutered like the Vienna Boys’ Choir.

I can’t see how one is able to control the ‘reply’ by QANTAS, and how they decide to use their method of message conveyance. It will be up to them to decide how to use the A.C.C should they decide to.
It’s a moot point though because it won’t happen.
I do like this message though-very clever, a great and memorable tune and it says what many of us plebs want to say but can’t.
“Don’t come to me when your ship goes down..” Very poignant.

As a sign of respect to its future employees at its new Asian HQ, Qantas has decided not to celebrate Christmas this year. ;)
