On Sunday (last) I was on Qantas QF 9 from Singapore to London Heathrow. In
my section, the forward part of Economy, not one of the 6 exit row seats and 4 bulkhead seats was taken. These are the seats that now command a $A160 fee to occupy for that sector. [...]
