A new Morgan face to face poll is out - ALP leading 50.5/35.5 on the primaries for a 59.5/40.5 TPP vote.

    hey poss - loved that clip of spy vs spy - Don’t Tear It Down… the two houses opposite me were pulled down, despite being in good condition. The latest one has had three claustrophobic chicken coops built in its place, the other had two similarly small little boxes built (little boxes little boxes all built of ticky tacky and they all look quite the same). Now, if the new broom cupboard-sized erections were sold/rented pro rata (0.5 or 0.33 of the previous rent/price of the pre-existing structure), then you could argue that it was necessary to solve the housing crisis. However, as these new edifices are often a higher rent/price than the preceding dwelling, the only justification is GREED.
