Of course, with fixed four year terms (thank goodness), that's quite immaterial. Then again, with a Minister like Peter Batchelor in charge of key energy portfolios, it doesn't surprise me. I am struggling desperately to like any decisions the Brumby government has made about climate change related matters. They are managing to make Wong and Rudd look committed!
