it&#039;s inarguable that the bushfires had a temporary positive effect on Brumby&#039;s popularity. Of course, with fixed four year terms (thank goodness), that&#039;s quite immaterial.

I wonder whether the Libs have any money to spend on campaigning?</description>

I am struggling desperately to like any decisions the Brumby government has made about climate change related matters. They are managing to make Wong and Rudd look committed!</description>
