		<description>Clearly the big story here is the stratospheric rise of Someone Else from the ranks of the Liberals. From being a complete unknown in Sep 2008, Someone Else has rapidly built up a public profile in the past 9 months, and now trails only behind long-time favourite Don&#039;t Know--whose star may be falling as (s)he has suffered a 6 percentage point slide.

It can&#039;t be nice to hear that not only are you less popular than Joe Hockey, you are soundly beaten by two different types of shrugs.</description>
