Pure Poison Podcast – November 19
It’s got me. It’s got Jeremy. It’s got brand new theme music. It’s the Pure Poison Podcast.
You can download the podcast, listen to it online at our Podbean page or subscribe directly in iTunes.
Show notes, November 19:
- Paul Howes whinge about trolls (amongst other things) and Tim Dunlop’s response.
- Paul Bird punctures the VIOLENCE IS OUT OF CONTROL nonsense of his own media organisation.
- Kerryn Phelps’ kick-arse retort to the anti-equality brigade.
- Man Shoots TV Over Bristol Palin Dancing
- “Anonymous” anti-green flyer with ALP PO Box
Theme music for the Pure Poison Podcast performed by Dr Frankenstein and appears on the album The Cursed Tapes.
Intro – Theme for “The Mad Thinker”
Outro – O Cérebro do Morto
As promised by Jeremy, photos of my compact Macs.

What is this ‘podcast’ of which you speak?
Great podcast, gents. The best weapon against Bolt is to laugh at him.
Good grief, I thought the pics were a joke until I listened! How many of the mac classics still work Dave?!
They’d all still work… if he could find a floppy to stick in them.
Regarding the Macs, the top two are empty shells, they had component failures that could not be rectified. Of the other six, half of them are Classics, which have a built in boot rom that boots to System 6, and a hard drive that has System 7 installed. The other half are Classic IIs which all run System 7.1
The lone compact Mac on my desk is an SE/30 that has been upgraded to 68Mb of RAM and a 2 gigabyte hard drive.
