$9.6M target, $2.4 M raised so far.

Local involvement in renewable projects is a good thing.  However they are very capital intensive.  It sort of like asking people to pay up front for 20 years of electricity to get the final 5 years free (made up numbers, but thats the general idea).  Many people do not have that sort of spare cash now, similar to the issue for the upfront cost of solar panels.</description>
