Is Lara Bingle the Yoko Ono of Australian cricket?

Well it’s big news today. So much so it was the front page of Melbourne’s Herald Sun. Bigger than the economic crisis. Bigger than Rudd’s stimulus plan. Bigger than Jesus?

What am I talking about? If you don’t know, it’s the reported fight between Australian cricketers Michael “The Walrus” Clarke versus Simon “Fool on the Hill” Katich.

What was the fight about?  The timing of singing the team song after the Test victory against South Africa in Sydney because Clarke had to leave early to hang out with squeeze Lara Bingle.

Katich then had an altercation with the Australian Vice Captain.

Is Bingle Australian cricket’s Yoko Ono?
