The AFL All Australian team will be announced on Monday night. Given the debate that always surrounds the team, I think it is actually a statutory requirement to offer an opinion on where the selectors got it wrong.
In that spirit, I offer up my own version of the All Australian team. To make it more fun, I have drawn entirely from a pool of players that, for one reason or another, I do not like.

Who is going to jump up at the bounce? Harvey? Selwood? McLean? Surely there is someone tall who you dont like? Dean Brogan for example, surely you hate him (I do).

I only started putting them into positions after i had put the squad together, hence the lack of team balance. I probably should have given them an actual ruckman, and Brogan is a good candidate, but then the thought of Brent Harvey in the ruck made me smile…
Collingwood really should have more representatives in my team. It’s just that they are so unlikeable as a club that it makes it harder to single out individuals.
How was Nathan Eagleton overlooked?
Partly because he has been good for the doggies in the finals so far, and partly out of fear of First Dog On The Moon.
