Railcorp “extraordinarily dysfunctional”

THE former boss of NSW RailCorp has told a corruption inquiry the government-owned company was "extraordinarily dysfunctional" when he arrived in 2003.

But is it even worse five years later? Consider:

Trains too long or platforms too short

Arthur Smith rehired

Golf days

Strip club

Bribes and rorts

And that’s just the last week or so.
