Yes its getting more difficult, that’s the general idea. But it is fascinating to me just how many businesses and organisations are involved in the tobacco industry. From the registered clubs in NSW losing money from smoking bans to the tens of thousands of small FMCG businesses reliant on tobacco to help them make a decent living. Getting off tobacco can be as hard for retailers as for smokers.
