On the Tube
The day of YouTube being all about women falling into fountains while texting, cats playing piano, and illegal TV uploads is over. These days you can get all that AND fully legal TV shows uploaded, supported by advertising.
Case in point is this first episode of the charming Australian comedy Chandon Pictures featuring some kissing cousins.

For those who haven’t seen it, The Proposition is powerful and well made. Danny Houston is just phenomenally brilliantly awful. Worth it for his performance alone. Nice cameo turn by one of my faves John Hurt.
It would ruin your cred to mention it, so people should probably know that Australia (Ten, 8.30, Sunday) is also on this weekend. Haven’t seen it meself. Goulish curiosity makes me want to take a look.
