		<description>I think that&#039;s a bit unfair to Google, but yes, there&#039;s certainly the prospect that the data will be useful to the North Korean government as well. The experience of the internet era so far though seems to be that interconnectedness is more of help to those fighting tyranny than it is to tyrants, but I guess the jury is still out.</description>

The North Koreans are getting what they need to keep an ever closer eye on potential trouble makers, especially those with internet access and presumably more education.
