In XZTT v Anti-Doping Rule Violation Tribunal [2012] AATA 728 the AAT concluded that, in addition to the "egregious", "flagrant breaches" and delays by the UCI and Cycling Australia, the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority and the Anti-Doping Rule Violation Panel "each misconceived their respective legal obligations under the ASADA Act and the NAD Scheme."
