Ali Kazak has become an associate of Jackson Wells Morris. Ali was a senior diplomat for 25 years in his role as head of the Palestine delegation to Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific and Palestine Ambassador to Vanuatu and East Timor.
He will work with JWM to establish a joint venture to facilitate trade and other relationships between Australia and countries in the Middle East and North Africa. We’ll be announcing more about this enterprise over coming months.
Ali was born in Palestine and is a graduate of Damascus University, where he studied commerce. After migrating to Australia in 1970, he was prominent in the defence of Palestinian national and human rights before embarking on a diplomatic career. He has an extensive network in government, business, media and academe in Australia and the Middle East and North Africa and is recognised for his knowledge of international issues.
